Responsibilities:

Product Strategy and Development

  • Benchmark market products and implementation as industry trending research
  • Design product strategies for continuous development and enhance the revenue position of Hong Kong Airlines

Product Implementation and Monitoring

  • Set up product specifications and Terms & Conditions based on market situation and commercial needs
  • Establish a project timeline and milestones to track product implementation progress
  • Set up monitoring parameters for various product dimensions to enable continuous enhancement

Consolidation and Communication

  • Closely communicate with different concerned parties to follow up on product and operation issues
  • Consolidate all necessary project information for the development and enhancement process

 

Requirement:

  • Bachelor / Associate Degree in Business Administration and Related Commercial Discipline
  • 3-5 years of relevant working experience. Candidates with less experience will be considered as Officer, Product Marketing
  • Strong Project Management skills and experience in handling all types of commercial and operational projects
  • Strong analytical skills to monitor product performance and provide feedback for enhancement
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with all levels of staff
  • Strong commercial acumen to respond to business market changes
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Knowledge of online platform mechanisms
  • Familiarity with the market behavior of the aviation industry is an advantage.
