Responsibilities

• To conduct SEP/AEP training for the flight crew and cabin crew
• To assist to refine the training material
• To ensure training records are up-to-date
• Assist to prepare OME draft in order to comply with CAD regulation
• Assist to Purchase of safety equipment
• Daily administrative work(e.g filing of training record, preparing training materials)
• To conduct flight observation regularly and ensure operation comply to standard
• Assist to launch any newly deliver new configuration and new fleet
• Assist with the IOSA audit and other internal audit if required

Requirements: 

• Degree holder
• With solid aviation background
• At least one year of cabin crew experience
• Preferably have first aid and dangerous goods licensed, able to swim
