Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders in Hong Kong to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements specific to the OA system           
• Process Analysis: Evaluate current office automation processes and identify opportunities for improvement to enhance efficiency and user experience    
• Solution Development: Work with IT and other departments to design and implement solutions that meet the specific needs of the OA system    
• Data Analysis: Analyze data related to office automation to support decision-making and provide insights into system performance     
• Documentation: Create detailed documentation, including business requirements documents, process maps, and user stories tailored to the OA system   
• Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate meetings and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in Hong Kong     
• Project Support: Assist in project management activities, including planning, execution, and monitoring of OA system projects     
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users in Hong Kong on the OA system and related processes       

Requirements

• 3 years’ working experience of enterprise work platform which includes at least 2-year hands-on experience in OA system product design
• Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, particularly in office automation or related systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills                         
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaboration in a multicultural environment                          
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL)                             
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin
