Responsibilities:
- Enhance customer handling efficiency by resolve customer issues in a timely matter
- Enhance reply quality and customer satisfaction by minimize customer comebacks due to dissatisfaction
- Independently handle assigned cases, proactively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure information accuracy by comply all complaints with internal policies and procedures as well as regulatory standards.
- Ensure remedial action taken from insights of customer
- Be proactive to track customer sentiment on social media channels and drive internal departments to expedite resolution
Requirements:
- A University Degree, preferably in Customer Service, Public Relations or other relevant disciplines
- Minimum 1-2 years of customer service and / or social media experience
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese)
- Proactive and has an analytical mind
- Positive attitude towards customer service
- Social media savvy with ability to clearly express thoughts and ideas
- Good interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy and presentation skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Chinese Word processing is a must
