Job Descriptions:

  • Assist in the timely planning and implementation of marketing strategies and programs;
  • Conduct sales visits to identify FIT opportunities, assist with agency booking activities, and monitor agent performance to maximize FIT sales volume;
  • Utilize FIT booking systems and GDS daily to review bookings;
  • Monitor latest market and competitor information to update pricing and strategies;
  • Assist in arranging commercial agreements with local business partners and retail travel agents to promote FIT bookings via joint promotion and marketing campaigns;
  • Maintain relationships with trade and associations to maintain and expand HKA's exposure in the market;
  • Provide daily and monthly FIT booking analysis reports;
  • Develop marketing and sales materials for product launches, sales information distribution, etc.;
  • Liaise closely with Revenue Management team and other relevant departments to launch group sales plans, establish smooth workflows and handle external and internal customer expectations; and
  • Assist with ad-hoc task as required.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related disciplines;
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience in tourism or aviation industry; experience in Travel related Marketing or Communications is a strong advantage;
  • Contribute a positive, solutions-oriented attitude and high energy level to support team collaboration and progress toward shared goals;
  • Good time-management and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure;
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua); and           
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
